Veronica Royal Blue

Veronica Royal Blue  also known as Speedwell forms a dense mat of thick, dark glossy green foliage that has tall spires of beautiful blue flowers adorned with darker veining up to approximately 25cm from early summer. This little plant looks wonderful growing amongst other perennials in the front of the border and it is a magnet for bees. Veronica gentianoides likes a moist but well drained position in either full sun or partial shade. Great as a groundcover.  Very hardy.
