Phlomis russeliana, Jerusalem sage is a very attractive evergreen perennial featuring beuatiful butter yellow hooded flowers in architectural whorled cluster on a stiff stem above low mounded foliage. Looks amazing mass planted and with blue perennials. Flower heads reach 60 - 90cm. Very hardy, best in full sun but does grow in semi shade, tolerates most soil conditions.
