Lysimachia clethroides - Gooseneck

Also known as Loose strife, this beautiful clump-forming perennial produces stunning stems of arching white flowers that really do resemble a goose's neck. Looks stunning in a white garden.  The flowers open from the base to the tip, making this an excellent flower for cutting.  Much sought after by florists for wedding bouquets.  Gooseneck spreads via underground rhizomes and can become a bit invasive in perfect conditions.  Can also be grown in a pot, looks stunning.  Perfect in  sun or partial shade in most soils.  90cm x 1m approx.
